In this course we will touch all the aspects of our being, our personality, our pain, our inspiration and life force to approach this core of consciousness. It is not a linear journey from A to B, it is an endless path of experience and discovery. Join us to live and expand your precious sense of being beyond description.

Venue: Torekov Guesthouse outside Båstad, Sweden.
Arrival on the first day between 09.00 and 10.00 a m. We start the course 10 a m. Departure on the last day at latest 4 p m.
If you travel from abroad it is best to fly to Copenhagen and take the train which goes from the airport direct to Båstad. From there it is aprox 15 minutes by taxi to the retreat. Nearest domestic airport is Ängelholm aprox 30 minutes from the retreat. Good connection from Bromma and Arlanda. If needed we can arrange with pick up service.

Investment: 9 000 SEK including 6 % VAT for the course (early bird price 8 500 SEK, payment need to be done latest march 30, 2019) and 4 400 SEK including 12 % VAT for food and accommodation (double room). If you want us to order the book The 21 Stages of Meditation let us know, the cost is 500 SEK including 6 % VAT. If you need you can come one night before to an additional cost of 500 SEK. When you apply for the course you will get an invoice -registration fee at 2000 SEK. The fee is included in the coursefee. If you decide not to participate in the course you will not get the registration fee back.The rest of the course fee and the food and accommodation is paid at the latest one month before the course starts. Guru Dharam Singh Khalsa BAcC RCHM: has taught Kundalini yoga since 1979. He founded the Lotus Healing Centre, a multi disciplinary holistic facility, in London in 1989 and served as the Vice Principal of the London Academy of Oriental Medicine until 1997. As a Keynote speaker on matters of health, vitality, emotional intelligence for Association of Chief Executives in the UK, 2002-2005, he served as an educator to the business and corporate community. His formal qualifications have been complemented by intensive post graduate interdisciplinary study of the esoteric; Kabbalah, Mesoamerican Shamanic Dreaming, West African healing practice and many years study of Tibetan medicine (the Mastery Path, White Lotus healing, Black Hat Feng Shui and the Red Thread empowerments). Since 1980 Guru Dharam has developed a practical system of Yogic Therapy, applying the science of Kundalini, mantra and visualization, helping to empower many thousands of people toward a healthier and happier life. As Director of the Kundalini Medicine initiative Guru Dharam has developed the International Kundalini Yoga Therapy Training as a safe, effective and therapeutic complement to the mechanics of western medical practice. Guru Dharam is recognised as a one of the few Master Teachers taught directly by Yogi Bhajan and travels the world as such, sharing classes and workshops as well as maintaining a consultative therapeutic practice in London, New York and Sweden, where he is now resident.
Siri Sat Kaur
Siri Sat embodies an elegant and precise approach to the teachings of Kundalini Yoga. She is a Lead Teacher Trainer with a specialty in Posture and Alignment enhanced by earlier training as a professional dancer and choreographer. She is a coordinator of the Kundalini Medicine Yoga Therapy Training worldwide and a Kundalini Yoga Therapist well grounded in Sat Nam Rasayan and other forms of energetic healings. She has an international profile and extensive experience of teaching in a wide variety of arenas with a home base in New York as part of the Golden Bridge Yoga NYC teaching team. Siri Sat is the Founder/Director of Kundalini Yatras Inc., leading meditative journeys to sacred lands such as India and Mexico. She is known for teaching with clarity and impact as well as warmth and a sense of humor.
The 21 Stages of Meditation gives you tools and experiences to deepen your meditation and come to a profound understanding of your Self. Complete three meditative journeys toward the pinnacle of contemplative awareness as defined by Yogi Bhajan: The Infinite Pulse. Students and teachers from all contemplative traditions are invited; instructors and practitioners of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan® are encouraged to participate…again and again.
First Journey: The Crystallized Self
The focus of the first journey is to recognize, experience and crystallize the Self. The blocks are encountered in the first four stages: upset, boredom, irritation and frustration. The first ascent starts when we have a sense of our Self, separate from all the commotions, emotions and sensory impulses; we begin to focus and recognize a still point, a nucleus within, which is the Self. It is this crystallized sense of Self that is needed in order for consciousness to work.

Second Journey: The Expressive Self
In this second journey, the initial challenge is to develop a sensitivity to the Self, as we engage in relationships and participate in life. When we take the seed of our Self and our identity and project it into the world, it expands. In this second journey, we cultivate the meditative skill to merge with our projection yet still be able to distill our Self from the various roles we play; in this way, this second journey prepares us to maintain our integrity in action and ultimately to find the stillness within every action.

Third Journey: The Transcendent Self
In this final journey, we recognize all that we are as the formless presence of the infinite Self. We open the dimension of our Transcendent Self. This journey requires us to go beyond differences and similarities
into reality and unity. By forging an elevated identity with our infinite Self within our finite self, we become spontaneous, creative and flexible. We excel in this infinite game of the soul. Love, compassion and kindness become the core of our experience. At the peak of this journey we become the nothing within the center of all that is. Mystery is now mastery. The sacred space opens up to intuitive presence, which serves innocence, loves life, blesses all, and praises the Infinite, the all within All. You become you, nothing more, nothing less. In this final journey, we become realized human beings.
